All registration for the Koehler Electric Kids Race will start at 11:00 on Memorial Day in the Village of East Davenport. The registration table will be in Lindsey Park between the New Ground Theatre and 11th Street. Registration will open at 11:00 ending at 2:30 with the race starting at 3:20. A parent or legal guardian must register their child and helmets must be worn for the race.
